All prices listed are single units excluding GST.
A 10% GST applies to all products in this price list

Delivery

Once freight consignment has been signed, no claim of short supply of cartons will be considered.

Pick Up Orders

To save time we suggest to place your order first on our website.

Claims

Breakages or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
No credits will be issued until faulty goods are returned at your own costs to Pet Worx for examination.
Items marked with retail prices will not be accepted for replacement or credit.
Water damage inside air pumps or cracked heater glass tubes (unless new) will be void from claims.
All applications for credit must be accompanied by the original invoice number.

Warranty

All claims must be returned with proof of date of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or repair items under warranty at our own discretion.
 

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Pet Worx until full payment is received. (refer to Terms & Conditions)
